Annie assists with MGL’s branding and marketing, including the design and management of our social media advertising campaigns. She also designs client surveys and diagnostics used in team coaching programs.

Annie began her business career at age 16 working as a summer intern for a public relations and communications consulting firm in Munich, Germany specializing in technology and life sciences.
Currently a student in the Business School at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Annie is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Public Policy.
Working for Martin Global Leaders as a Marketing Associate has sharpened her understanding of quantitative and qualitative data where she conducts online research of potential customers and pipeline tracking in order to contribute and grow the marketing landscape for the company. She has also worked for Nordstrom, where she was consistently ranked as a top performer in the women’s shoe department because of her aptitude for customer psychology, service, and engagement.
Outside of the marketing profession, Annie’s passion lies within the realm of social justice. Part of her studies in school revolve around the U.S. welfare state and the social demographics of the country. A key career ambition is to combine her outreach experiences with her marketing background to understand broader customer needs and help grow businesses.
